Our cancellation policy is straightforward

If COVID disrupts your trip

You'll be covered by this section if...

  • the UK government adds your destination to the red list

  • your destination makes all UK tourists quarantine on arrival

  • your destination is in lockdown and restaurants, bars and sights aren't open

 

Please note: This section does not include you testing positive for COVID (we recommend insurefor.com to cover you for this).

More than 10 days until your trip

£0 admin fee

We’ll rematch you to a new destination for the same dates using your original budget.

Less than 10 days until your trip

£0 admin fee

We’ll keep the same destination, but try to move the dates of your trip to a future month. If we are unable to move it, we’ll refund you 100% of your money.

*If you decide you don’t want to change destination or move the trip, then it will be classed as a cancellation by you and covered by the policy below.

If YOU need to cancel your trip...

If you need to cancel your trip for whatever reason, you can do so anytime by contacting us over WhatsApp or email.

 

Usually, we are unable to refund the cost of your flights as we book these as soon as you fill in your Booking Details form. Flight prices fluctuate a lot and, in order to ensure your trip stays within budget, buying flights early is essential. Unfortunately, this means flights have almost always been booked and are rarely refundable.

 

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled if the trip is more than 1 month away. Any less and we often lose money when cancelling. Because of this, we are not able to offer full refunds for accommodation when a trip is cancelled less than a month before departure.

 

We're a small team and we spend many hours planning your trip, often months in advance. For that reason, we charge a small administrative fee for cancellations.

More than 1 month until your trip

We can refund everything minus flights.

Less than 1 month, but more than 10 days until your trip

£30pp admin fee

We can refund everything minus flights and 50% of accommodation.

Less than 10 days until your trip

£40pp admin fee

We can refund everything minus flights and accommodation.

If YOU need to move your trip...

If you need to move your trip, we will do everything we can to make it happen! Wherever possible, please have new dates in mind when you get in contact to move your trip. We will need new dates within 7 days of telling us you'd like to move your trip. These new dates will need to be in the next 10 months.

If it's not possible for you to give us new dates within 7 days, you will have to cancel your trip and rebook at a later date.

 

When changing dates, you will be responsible for any difference in fare between your current trip and your new trip.* We will also charge a small administrative fee as changing all of the bookings takes a significant amount of time. We hope you understand!

*We will do everything we can to minimise fare difference. Wherever possible we will change existing flights, but this may not be possible in every case. In some situations, we may need to cancel and rebook your flights. We will provide an estimated fare difference, but this amount is not guaranteed.

Less than 1 month until your trip

As flights can not be moved within 30 days, it's not possible to move your trip. You will need to cancel and rebook your trip. Please see 'If YOU need to cancel your trip' above for all of the details!
